The restaurant of Mr. Ardian Tufa, known to his friends and clients as Nari, is located just 20 minutes by car outside of Tirana.
Nari Lundër is essentially a family restaurant and its regular customers who have grown up spending weekends at this restaurant come again, now with their children. It’s no surprise that the 130-table setting, spread over a large, light-filled interior space as well as the restaurant’s courtyard, can easily serve a thousand visitors over a weekend.
Along with the restaurant, the menu has grown over time, mostly by adding dishes requested by loyal customers, so nowadays the restaurant offers a little bit of everything. It includes traditional food, but also features international dishes.
Behind the farm, in the arched hills towards the east, lie the vineyards of the Tufa family, where the open wine “Cabernet” and the “Merlot” varieties are produced for the restaurant, as well as the local grapes “shesh” and “muskat” for the production of raki.
