Paja Agritourism

Information

Paja Agritourism lies between Lake Seferan and the road Belsh- Kuçovë, in which a complex of services are offered. The history of “Paja Agritourism” began after 2004, after an 11-year experience in the field of tourism, in the neighboring country, Greece. It all started with the production and processing of grapes to extract by-products such as: wine, raki, jam, vinegar and compote. After that, the activity expanded with the planting of olive trees and the construction of the processing factory for the extraction of olive oil. Also, the activity expanded with the raising of village birds (kalastrej), fish cultivation, agricultural and livestock products.
All these products are served in the farm restaurant, with various traditional dishes of the village bird, where we mention the misnik, various fish dishes such as, in a casserole, quite preferred by customers, accompanied by wine and raki , as well as traditionally cooked bread.

In Lake Seferan, fish such as: krapi, omuri, ballgjeri, laroku, qefulli e pllëmbëza are cultivated, which are highly demanded by consumers. Of course, after a nice lunch there is no shortage of atmosphere with local song and dance, water sports, boating, fishing and swimming. Camping conditions are available for foreign visitors.
