The creation of the farm was born as something natural, triggered by the quality of the products and foods that were produced. That’s why “Oazi i Gjelbër” shared this experience with other people. This is how the restaurant was born, in 2014. From the name itself, the restaurant should be and reflect something very simple and connected to nature. From “garden to table”, was and remains his principle. The products served there are exclusively grown on the farm, or from the surrounding area. The variety of poultry raised on the farm and daily fresh fish caught by local fishermen are the main products served in the restaurant. In addition to organic food, customers have various fun and relaxing opportunities such as: hiking and biking, bird watching, fishing, beach and canoeing, which allows the Vain Lagoon and the Drin River, places that are very close to this farm.
