Albanik Farm is an agri and eco-tourism activity, which is located in the Valley of Dëshnica, in Këlcyrë, Gjirokastra district, for more than 3 years.
The farm applies the principles of farm culture in gardening, as well as protects and enriches biodiversity. On the farm there is a bar-restaurant that mainly applies the traditional cuisine of the area and French specialties, but the basic products are 100% from the farm or from the farming families around it, with which it cooperates closely.
With three family rooms, with a capacity of 4 to 6 beds respectively, “Grand Albanik” Farm has accommodation options for 15 people. Inside the farm there is also an exhibition corner (“bio-boutique”), where you can buy traditional culinary products.
The activities that can be carried out are: hiking, yoga, cycling, horseback riding, camping and outdoor picnics, beaches in the surrounding rivers and lakes, fishing, canyoning, cooking classes, getting to know the wild plant world, gardening etc.
The “Grand Albanik” farm, in cooperation with the ISO center, also organizes the “KAZAN FEST”. Local producers and visitors from all over Albania, and not only, gather on the first weekend of October to celebrate, taste and trade local products, to the sound of traditional and modern Albanian music.
