Rosa B&B was established in 2016. Rosa B&B is a small guesthouse located in the beautiful tourist village of Lin, in Pogradec. The business started with only two rooms, to be expanded after a few years. Rosa B&B has been providing accommodation and restaurant services to foreign and domestic tourists since 2016. Rosa B&B is known in the area for its gastronomy, good quality of service, warm and welcoming environment and good value for money. Currently, it offers the capacity of five rooms with plans to expand operations with a new Guesthouse, close to the existing one that offers an additional five more rooms. Rosa B&B is positioned right on the shores of Lake Ohrid, also featuring a bar, a garden, a private beach area and a terrace. The summer season is considered the high season for the hostel, while during the winter there is less influx. Room prices vary from 25 to 45 Euros per night. Most of the clients are foreigners visiting Albania. It is listed on Booking.com having very positive reviews from visitors especially for the location and quality of services.
